Welcome to BYFRIMANN. By making a purchase on our webshop, you accept the following terms and conditions.

2. Products
BYFRIMANN sells art posters (fine art prints) in sizes 30x40 cm, 50x70 cm, and 70x100 cm.
All products are produced to order in collaboration with Printumo.
The prints are made on matte fine art paper for an exclusive and glare-free look.
Minor color variations may occur between screen display and the finished print, as colors are rendered differently on digital devices and physical prints.
3. Prices
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT, unless otherwise specified.
BYFRIMANN reserves the right to change prices without notice.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods indicated at checkout.
The amount will be debited when the order has been processed and put into production.
5. Shipping and Delivery
BYFRIMANN collaborates with Printumo on the production and delivery of art posters.
Delivery time: 3–5 business days (including production and shipping). Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and shipping partner.
We always offer a fixed shipping rate of DKK 49 on all orders.
6. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for standard products purchased online.
The withdrawal period applies from the day you receive the item.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the item must be returned in the same condition and packaging.
7. Returns and Complaints
For damaged or faulty products, please contact us as soon as possible with pictures of the product and packaging.
You have a 24-month right to complain in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
Complaints do not cover damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear.
8. Refunds
Upon approved return, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method.
Refunds typically occur within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received.

10. Disclaimer
BYFRIMANN cannot be held responsible for delays or circumstances beyond our control, including shipping delays, force majeure, or technical issues.
